Thank you very much! It’s nice to be here.

Well, my mum still thinks that I faked fear of flying with a storm because I wanted to stay an extra night in London (truth be told I was very scared, for the first time in my life; the storm was very bad). You can’t change a mum’s mind I’m afraid…

Aegean competes very well with BA between LHR and ATH
Crew are are always smart, young and interested in their job!
BA crew are usually older, tired and just doing their routine job without interest!
A3 planes are brighter, newer and much cleaner & especially the WC’s!!

Yes, I prefer Aegean on this route too. I choose BA on all European flights unless I can use Turkish, Aegean, Swiss or Cyprus Air.

There was a poster in the past who, ever eager to talk up BA, used words like “adequate” to describe their offering, and often used abbreviations such as “poo”.

I tremble at how easy some are to please.

Poo is sort of english middle class slang for Champagne – Shampoo – get it ?

    Get it absolutely.

    But, is it Vintage poo?

    Major (Krug) question……….

My next big flight is with Virgin, so I’m not a BA fanboy.
But there are amazingly sweeping and disparaging statements made about BA on this forum.
Which is sad because it makes me take posts here with a pinch of salt.

Salt is good. Especially Greek and French one…

Anyways, I am not a fan of Aegean. I use them within Greece and their delays drive me insane. Not to mention that up until recently they were charging extra luggage by the kilo and not by piece.

We use salt to defrost roads but not much need in Greece ?

Not too often but when it happens there is not enough salt in the world! I’ve once been snowed in in my house for almost a week. And I’m 7 metro stops away from the centre of Athens.
