The flight was pretty much full so a full crowd were waiting at the gate when it was opened. There was no priority boarding for Star Alliance members and somewhat of a scrum developed as people pushed forward not realising they were only going to a bus and not the aircraft. As we arrived ground handling staff were aggressively insistent all but the smallest bags were taken and loaded into the hold.

Legroom was adequate but no more. Food served was a cold chicken salad, quite pleasant together with a choice of tea, coffee or water. The cabin crew were somewhat surly with an instance on people sitting in their allocated seat even when there was some empty rows curiously they didn’t seem to care when what seemed like half the pax jumped up to open open overhead lockers before the aircraft had even left the runway after landing.

On balance an adequate flight that would have been made better by staff with more of a customer focused attitude. A smile goes a long way.

Thanks – it was just an (albeit side-swiping) reminder to tell us the route as otherwise there is no way of knowing where you flew!!

I am suitably chastised and will be wearing a hair shirt for the rest of the day 🙁

As you should be – seriously, I find the reviews really interesting but would like to know the route as well!!
