One of BA’s venerable 737s received quite a nasty prang a few weeks ago in Genoa:

I think they are trying to repair it, and until then a Titan Airways aircraft (not sure what sort) will be covering some of the Gatwick flights.

Happened a few weeks back, G-DOCU. I wonder what has happened to it now or if it’s still there?

Returned to LHR on May 13th, according to the thebasource.com after the incident on Apr 30th.

Titan have been using a 757 for a while now on LGW routes and still continuing.

Will it be repaired? Or is it not long for this world?

Seems to be one of the “younger” variants, built in 1992, so a shame if it has to end its days.

Repair currently, no idea how long it will take.

Now 3 Titan aircraft being used.

Why 3? I thought it was only this aircraft damaged…?
