    They’ve just done an interview with the general manager of the Hilton in Anaheim, the third largest hotel in California.

    The manager Shaun Robinson talks about his years in the industry, working at the Beverly Hilton, dealing with deaths and power cuts and no water and the pandemic, laying off 1200 staff.

    I’ve stayed at the Hilton Anaheim several times and have to say that Sean Robinson is a real gentleman who really does care for his staff and guests. He hosted a New Year’s party I was at and had all his top team there with him to engage with guests. A lovely guy and wonderful host.
