Hi Simon, I’m sure you are right, and yes, I’ll refrain from writing them as you say the reply will likely annoy me more. I was just really surprised of no notification or other seats assigned. I remember I used to get an email from BA when there were changes. I just checked another flight I am holding which is LGW to MCO which is normally 3 class 777, where I had booked 2A and 2B, and there I have been reassigned to 10A and 10B but again no notification. When I go on line, I can see a seat plan for what is a First cabin with no seats available, and no CW cabin will display so can’t change my seats? All very odd, and typical of what you said, BA don’t do customer service anymore!
