Thank you for this A* review – I could feel your pain and frustration in every line. It is good to see that Brussels Airlines at least inherited their service skills from Sabena.
Back in the day, I flew Sabena Brussels – Atlanta in Economy. Meal service came through – “Meat or fish”, “Meat or fish”, “Meat or fish”. “Can you tell me what the meat is”? “I am sorry, Sir, we only serve the food, we do not cook it”……..
