Without wishing to turn this into a discussion about the merits of British newspapers, your comment did make me laugh.
Years ago The Guardian was available in BA lounges, but no more. The Independent is available in the lounges. I’ve assumed- but I may be wrong -that the publishers make the papers available to the airlines without charge.
Sadly the Mail seems to be a popular choice on board. I suppose I’m being overly sensitive, but I always feel rather offended when it’s offered to me. Not that I’ve ever said anything, but on occasions I’ve been tempted to say “Do I look like the kind of person who reads the Mail?”
