I agree LP, but I have recorded on this forum some poor behaviour by LH following a long flight delay and a downgrade from business class. Compensation for the downgrade took a couple of months. They tried to deny responsibility for the delay, but http://www.refund.me managed to obtain the correct compensation after about six months.
