Spot on! KLM’s customer service, especially pre and post flight and when something goes wrong, is unbeatable, not even SQ or CX come close! I have never been so sure about it until i experienced them! The users who talk bad about it, simply has never experienced KLM lately.
Just ignore the negativities posted by some posters up there. And we shall look forward to the new WBC! I am certain, combining the customer service of KLM, the new WBC, the inflight meal, Schiphol and pricing, sooner or later, KLM “J” will beats BA first.
