@clare – Just one thing… WHO lost the phone? You or EK? Infact, EK had absolutely nothing to do with it whatsoever as you state you left it in security. Why should you expect them to ship it back to MAN on your behalf.. or even know anything about it on your first complaint? Please redirect your frustrations to DXB lost and found… NOT the airline itself, and DXB probably won’t be interested until you pay them the postage.
