It’s fairly pointless contacting Emirates – I had an in-flight complaint which took over a year for them to acknowledge and respond. When they did respond it was a “sorry you feel that way” letter.

As they appear to demand the full fare but only provide a half-hearted service (and couldn’t care less about feedback) I haven’t flown with that shoddy airline since.

Their competitors have been very grateful for the extra business.
