just as a follow on thought, your card was used for all 4 redemption seats. If any of your family rang BA to make any changes to that particular booking, I could just imagine the same customer service representative saying…”sorry I cannot discuss this with you because the ticket was booked with somebody else’s credit card. To do so would be in breach of data protection act”.
Or maybe I’m just being too cynical……..
