Might be as well to read the thread, before writing…..

An earlier poster wrote “Concierge staff at London hotels regularly fall foul of this data protection nonsense – as they are requested to change bookings on behalf of guests and BA are the only airline to refuse – every other airline says fine.”
So it seems the ‘pop’ is justified.
