Reply To: CIV scoring system

Hi all,
I read that BA has a scoring system for its passengers, according to what i read, this system is called CIV (Customer Individual Value), the aim of the CIV is for crews to be able to differentiate between who spends what on BA. A Premier passenger will always have a score of 100 (maximum), whilst Gold card holders can expect a minimum of 39.

Does anyone know the equation that calculates that score or more info?
