Air France charged me for SeatPLus and I paid the fees a month ago and got a confirmation Seat Number for both my wife and myself.
Today they sold the same seats to others and admitted that they did that by mistake
Air France refuses to solve the problem, They proposed to put me on business class or premium but they WILL CHARGE ME FOR THAT FULL PRICE AND THE FEES OF CHANGING CABIN
So technically they messed up and I have to pay for the solution they proposed.
What a horrible company that has no respect for themselves. They don’t take ownership of their mistakes and they want other to pay the price of it.
Add to that, supervisor refuses to transfer me to her manager claiming she is the highest rank and there is nothing she can do for me
I will be pursuing this legally!!!
