Sent copy and paste of my BA Gold card, email back a week or so later asking for more details as not clear.
Sent in a pdf, email received again saying not clear. Sent again, asking what’s not clear, its very clear to me when I open.
Email again asking for clearer details. Called, but you cannot speak to the status match team. Now sent with a photo of the card. probably not the right resolution though, expect another reject email.
