I’m sick of airline crew bleeding their hearts as to how terrible they feel when they read posts like this.
I’m sure the crew (BA and others) who comment on here do a great job but many others don’t.
I completed 4 sectors with BA this last week all in CE. The service on 2 was ok, 1 was appaling and the 4th exemplary to the extent that I commended the CSM on what an excellent crew she had and thanked her.
If crew here want to make a difference they can do this by ensuring they maintain the highest standards everytime they go to work. If they’re really loyal to their customers then they’ll also do all they can to change the culture amongst some of their colleagues as well. Until then, people will keep on complaining.
