Hi arni1971,

Sadly my advice to you is give up., move on and forget your TK experience.
My Aeroplan points never ever arrived from TK, and I never ever got a response, even though I sent a letter to their CEO.

An airline it seems that is totally not interested in solving problems, even relatively minor problems.
Maybe it’s a cultural thing. But, as a result, they definitely doesn’t deserve the accolades that have been thrust upon them.
