For the forum member who believes that PIA operates “low yield” flights to the regions, can I just say ask what proof you have of this ?
As an ex PIA staff member in the UK and still having friends in PIA across the UK, I get to know almost daily how loads are and believe me Business+Plus was always full when I worked there and is no different now.
If PIA ,CO,AA,US,EK can make routes in the regions work, then why oh why can’t BA ? Please kindly provide facts for your otherwise empty and unresearched statements.
Also as an ex BA staff member as well, senior management seem to think the world revolves around London and hence why the regions mean nothing. I wouldn’t be surprised if Scottish/Manchester flights lose out to the trains one day !
