Fully appreüciat at LHR today
I am in Germany after an eight hour plus delay on Fri. I will post a comment on how BA held us on an aircraft for almost 4 hours on friday and provided nothing. They are simply unable to plan, communicate or organize, all operational experience has been lost in the last 2 years. My interaction with BA staff yesterday was superb but all despaired at management incompetence and operational inexperience
