I started this off a few weeks ago. It is obvious there are a lot of concerns regarding the call centre. I really hope bmi have access these comments.
However once you are at the airport the service offered by bmi is excellent, they are constantly trying to improve our experience, for example the premium check in area at LHR, the new lounge which I am told is opening in June. They have some really dedicated staff who will go the extra mile to help you out.
So rather knocking this excellent company lets continue to travel with them and take the time to write to bmi when things go well and of course tell them when things don’t quiet work out. I really hope we will continue to see bmi flying for many years to come.
