Fortunately, I do not travel with BD very often, so do not have to contact them!

Unfortunately, my next 2 business trips will be on BD and my one call to the centre was far from acceptable. The staff member did not listen to my request and answered a different question; keen, it seemed, to get the call over with. He also did not seem to know much about the product.

In comparison, BA’s call centre staff seem of higher quality, although I do not need to call them that often.
