Not only did I have a bag go missing on this trip, but I had a serious IT issue, my mouse on my lap top had a mind of its own and started wondering around the screen without instructions from me, making it very difficult to work.

I contacted the Central Florida Toshiba / Fujitsu agent who arranged to see me and my lap top… and understood the issue. The new parts were ordered and installed all within 48 hours and without me needing to leave my laptop with the firm for more than 2 hours.

Excellent service and am happy to recommend in case anyone needs IT work carried out in central Florida…. and it was all covered on warranty.
