Just dragging this back up to the top in the hope someone at VODAFONE may read it and get me some action. 27 text messages charged twice on my last invoice dated Dec 9th will be debited from my bank account by direct debit on Dec 23rd.
The only reason I am pulling this back up to the top is VODAFONE have not replied to my e mails, apart from the slightly amusing one in the post above.Still waiting for someone to decipher it!
As Vodafone clearly monitor this site – see their post – maybe I can ask you here….When will you reply to my last e-mail?
