MartynSinclair – it was indeed embarrassing for my member of staff and of course frustrating as she had planned to use the lounge for an opportunity to work on a document in peace.

The basic concept behind the card is a good one but there does seem to be a number of administrative snafus at the company causing customer dissatisfaction.
