Icenspice, I too dislike the scrolling pop ups on the BT forum, but for us the forum is free so understandable, BT have to make a living too.
Anyway I have a new rant for the “why do they do that”. It relates to hotel in room coffee/tea/hot chocolate trays. In virtually every hotel I have stayed at I have wondered what housekeeping do about washing the cups. I was chatting today to a chap that manages a four star central London hotel. I was informed that as far as he is aware all hotels, from 1 to 5 stars wash the crockery in the room toilet. You dirty bas****. How the heck do they get away with that, washing up in the toilet, I would not dream of doing that in my own home, why should I put up with that in a hotel room at £ 200 a night. How come environmental health let them get away with this? Or is he winding me up?
