I really don’t have any problem with people taking calls in lounges; the key is that they should be quiet in their discussions, and if they are having an extensive conversation they can move to a more remote part of the lounge.

The balconies in T5, as well as the children’s play areas when unoccupied, are ideal for this purpose.
