Stayed at Bellagio last March for the fist time. Very disappointing check in and out. Employees are not that efficient.
No identified registration waiting line. It is for the street guy’s experience to sneak in and jump from one arbitrary line to another.
It is the same story in many LVs top hotels.
The sad thing is that nine of these top hotels would not care to get an input neither would they take any complaint seriously. I guess business is so good that nothing matters.
