I agree it is really good to feel more at home – the only down side I find is that you can feel a little cut off from the world if there for a long time. In a hotel there is always someone to ask advice and there’s usually a good atmosphere in the public areas. I have heard of some serviced apartments arranging nibbles in the evenings for the people staying there which I think is a nice thought. Nothing beats being able to make your own dinner though – no more cold, overpriced room service!
