I see a good deal of consistency, and fly BA almost every week.
There are a few bad apples in crew; that’s typical in any workplace. At least FvdP now has the tools to root this out with performance management, a move heavily resisted when BASSA had control.
My experience as a business traveller who has never worked at BA and therefore has no axe to grind with management, is a fan of the UK despite not being English, and as a shareholder who knows Walsh has done an excellent job in extremely trying circumstances, and continues to mine value at Iberia is a good one.
Many others have similar experiences every day, despite what might be portrayed on here.
The passenger stats bear out that fact.
