As someone with an office at Heathrow, I’d hope that you of all people would have some appreciation of the time it takes to determine strategy, plan and deliver change.

There have already been many small changes, and the advent of performance improvement (previously prohibited) will have a marked effect in the future.

As for now, we’ve already seen many and various improvements which those of us who actually use the airline can see these happening.
