On the very same level, the 230-key hotel has opened up Far & East, which, as its name suggests, is a chic Asian brasserie, with curated menus from Japan, Thailand and China. Here, over Asian-inspired cocktails, diners will find many reasons to rejoice — delicate dim sums as well as a selection of modernised ‘funky’ sushi. The pièce de résistance, the hotel insiders tell us, is the Flaming Duck, presented in a most spectacular fashion. So the next time you’re in the garden city, make sure you spend a leisurely evening of cocktails at Copitas, followed by a chic dinner at Far & East.
