Every year, IWC Schaffhausen presents an exclusive limited edition, part proceeds of which are given to Laureus Sport for Good Foundation — a charity that helps children with special needs. The Da Vinci Chronograph Edition “Laureus Sport for Good Foundation” is one of the highlights of IWC Schaffhausen’s Da Vinci collection that was launched in 1985 with Da Vinci Perpetual Calendar. This chronograph features a blue dial and has a diameter of 42mm. The in-house 89361 calibre (part of the 89000-calibre family) has a 68-hour power reserve and is water resistant to three bars. Newly developed moving horns with curved lugs ensures that the striking black alligator leather strap by Santoni fits the wrist perfectly. On the back of this self-winding timepiece is a drawing by a Chinese boy, with which he won the global children’s drawing competition. iwc.com
