1.Hilton London Metropole: 1054 bedrooms

The Hilton London Metropole is one of Europe’s largest conference hotels, with 43 meeting and events rooms and space for up to 3,000 people. The property has a 12.5-metre indoor swimming pool, and a 172 car park. On its 23rd floor sits Kojawan restaurant serving a combination of Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese inspired cuisine along with a raw shellfish bar and drinks. Located on Edgware Road, the hotel is close to Hyde Park, Oxford Street and across from the Edgware underground station.

2. The Cumberland: 1019 bedrooms

Right off the Oxford Street, sits the Cumberland. Managed by Guoman, it has a thousand plus rooms and suites, one of which where Jimmi Hendrix gave his last interview in 1970. The hotel offers 25 meeting rooms including the Ocean Room, which can hold 350 people and a club lounge where guests can get drinks and newspapers. Their Momentus Champagne Bar offers coffee, teas or Champagne cocktails while the Brasserie restaurant serves afternoon tea and European cuisine.

3. Park Plaza Westminster Bridge: 1019 bedrooms

With views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Park Plaza has 65 suites and penthouses along with more than 500 studio rooms and a 24-hour business centre. Brasserie Joel, a French restaurant is on site along with four other restaurants and entertainment spaces. It also has the first Mandara Spa in Europe. Waterloo and Westminster train stations are also just a five-minute walk away.

Copthorne Tara’s meeting rooms and facilities can hold up to 500 guests. It also offers a 24-hour business centre. Bugis Street restaurant on site serves Singaporean, Malaysian and Chinese food and the hotel also serves afternoon tea with an interesting blend of traditional English, Asian Fusion or Mediterranean tea. High Street Kensington underground station is a two-minute walk away.

Intercontinental Hotel Group recently signed with Holiday Inn Kensington to open in December one of the biggest Holiday Inns in Europe. It has 12 meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate 230 people. Intercontinental will be renovating Kensington Close Hotel and keeping their 18-metre swimming pool, the largest pool in Kensington. The Boulevard Restaurant serves European food, afternoon tea and cocktails. It’s about a five-minute walk from High Street Kensington’s shops and High Street Kensington tube station.

Built in 1936, Melia White House was originally The White House luxury apartments, it does currently rent apartments, and still preserves its 1930’s architecture. Melia’s Place Restaurant offers a daily international buffet and Dry Martini, which serves signature cocktails. Art has become a major focus for the historic hotel. Le Dame gallery showcases Italian contemporary artists and ARTROOMS has become a product of their partnership with the gallery to create a concept to connect artists, curators and viewers.

A few short minutes from Marble Arch Tube stop stand the Amba. From the outside, Amba has an art deco design and inside, is one of the biggest hotels in London. They offer space for meetings, events and weddings, as well as a gym, bar and restaurant. The Grill features a 1930’s theme and the exclusive Amba lounge offers breakfast, snacks throughout the day and drinks at night.

The hotel offers a fitness center and restaurant, Bombay Brasserie, which offers exotic Indian dishes that have been served to past Mughal Emperors and spice traders of Goa.

Hilton has 11 function rooms for 12-370 people, five meeting rooms, and an Executive Lounge and business center. Its WestEleven Restaurant serves a buffet-style breakfast and the hotel also has Avenue Bar and Lounge where guest can get coffee. Hilton is a five-minute walk to Shepherds Bush station.
