American Airlines: Style of service

Readers got a taster of the new American Airlines business class experience at the carrier’s recent red-carpet event At the end of September, Business Traveller readers were among the guests at a three-day event hosted by American Airlines to showcase its new transatlantic business class. The event, called “Above/Beyond”, was held at One Marylebone in central London and brought together frequent flyers, industry experts and celebrities such as Graham Norton, actress Anna Friel and pop band McFly. On the opening night there was a performance by Brit Award winner James Morrison. Guests also had the opportunity to be photographed in the B777-300ER business class seat, now available on every flight from London Heathrow to New York JFK, Los Angeles International, and select flights to Miami and Dallas Fort Worth.
