Delta Parallel Reality

AIRPORTS THAT THINK AHEAD

Over the past decade, Delta has invested more than $12 billion in its airport hubs, including Seattle, Los Angeles and New York, to create state-of-the-art terminals capable of supporting new innovation as technology evolves.

Later this year, a nearly 14,000-square-foot Delta Sky Club® will open at Concourse A in New York-JFK’s Terminal 4, which will also be the first Delta hub to host an exclusive Delta Sky Club for Delta One® customers in the near future.

At Concourse F in Atlanta, international travellers can use facial recognition technology from curb to gate, a digital ID experience that will eventually be activated in all of Delta’s U.S. hubs. Meanwhile, ground-breaking PARALELL REALITYTM technology at Delta’s Detroit hub allows up to 100 customers to see personalized flight information on a single digital screen at the same time.

CONNECTING, REFLECTING AND RESPECTING THE WORLD

At Delta, we are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion as part of our work to connect and reflect the world. All innovation at Delta is human-centric and customer-focused. This includes an inclusive supply chain that reflects the diversity of its global customers who enjoy a people-first, values-led experience highlighting small businesses, global suppliers, and woman- and LGBTQ+-led brands. In Delta One and Delta Premium Select, new amenity kits are made by Mexican artisans in partnership with Someone Somewhere, helping to provide jobs while reducing single-use plastic. The airline is also committed to giving back to the communities where Delta people live, work and serve and donates 1% of net profits to charitable causes.

FROM EAST COAST TO WEST COAST, WE’VE GOT AMERICA COVERED.

Delta UK New Destinations

Fly Delta and partner Virgin Atlantic to New York-JFK, Los Angeles and over 200 destinations between.

Delta is expanding its U.K.-U.S. network this year, with more flights from London-Heathrow and Edinburgh and returning to Gatwick for the first time in 15 years. In total, Delta will offer up to 15 daily flights between the U.K. and the U.S. this summer.

Delta and Virgin Atlantic offer a vast choice of nonstop destinations across the United States and easy, one-stop connections via Delta’s hubs in the U.S. These include the west coast cities of Los Angeles and San Francisco and national parks of the Mountain West region. The beaches and theme parks of Florida are only a short hop away.

A bigger than ever transatlantic summer schedule means there’s more of America to explore from the U.K. Together with partner Virgin Atlantic, Delta will offer up to 40 daily flights between the U.K. and the U.S. this summer.

LOS ANGELES CALLING

The addition of Los Angeles means Delta now serves all its U.S. hubs nonstop from London-Heathrow. It is the first time Delta has flown the route since 2015, and means that together with its partners Virgin Atlantic, Air France and KLM, Delta offers nonstop service to L.A. from all three of its European hubs — Amsterdam, Paris and London-Heathrow.

BACK AT LONDON GATWICK

There will be more U.S. to explore nonstop from London Gatwick as Delta started daily nonstop flights to New York-JFK. Delta is returning to London Gatwick after 15 years, and the return of the airline’s service coincides with its 45th anniversary of serving the U.K.-U.S. market.

EXPANSION AT EDINBURGH

Delta starts a new route from Edinburgh to Atlanta, Georgia starting 26 May. The new flight complements the airline’s existing schedule of daily nonstop services to New York-JFK. Meanwhile, Delta’s flight from Edinburgh to Boston resumes on 9 May. From the three U.S. gateways, customers can connect to more than 200 destinations across North America.
