Grand Hyatt Manila

With a launch scheduled for Q2 2017, Grand Hyatt Manila “aspires to become the metropolis’s leading icon of dining, lifestyle and entertainment” when it opens in the BCG area. The five-star hotel will offer 461 rooms including 52 suites, with striking views of the Makati skyline and Manila Bay thanks to a location on the top 25 floors of the new 318-metre Metrobank Financial Center – the tallest building in the Philippines. The Grand Kitchen, Cellar and China House will offer up multicultural culinary delights, while the Grand Ballroom and Salons will provide premium event space.

Citadines Millenium Ortigas Manila

Also coming in 2017 will be Ascott’s Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila offering 293 premier units “designed for young business executives” and ranging from studio to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Each will offer separate living and dining areas, with a fully equipped kitchen and wifi. Other facilities will include a guest lounge, swimming pool and fitness centre. Located in the northern part of Manila, the serviced residence will still have easy access to Makati City.

Savoy Hotel Manila

Property giant Megaworld is also planning to launch the second of its Savoy hotels in Newport City, a stone’s throw from Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The 684-room property is billed as a “condotel” – a hybrid model that offers apartments for private ownership that will be operated
like a hotel.
