  • I sympathise. My suggestions. Read a book. Play Sudoku or Solitaire on your phone. Try and work out at which point on the globe the inbound flight passes over your outbound one. Works for me, especially the last one!

  • I have an app on my phone called “Relax with Andrew Johnson” his voice is very relaxing…it always helps me to sleep…the thing i don’t like which i get when im really jet lagged or really tired is something called sleep paralysis…it was very scary when i first had it…i was frightened to go back to sleep…i knew i was awake but i could not move nor speak yet alone open my eyes…something i would not wish on anyone..
