Mine too have disappeared – absolute scandal. Dwarfs the Panama Papers by a long mile.Edited to add:
I am sure that the end of the world is on hold for a while longer. When looking to add an (existing) booking, received the following message:
“The booking XXXXXX has already been added to your account. However, we are currently not able to display your bookings. You can still view it in Manage My Booking”….. which is true
BA still loves me after all…….

sparkyflierParticipantHappened to me a few times over the past year as well. On a separate note ,while I think ba.com has some good features, it can be infuriating…

I sometimes wonder what you smoke, Tom.
It wouldn’t be very funny if someone was trying to check in online and couldn’t find their booking reference.
Or perhaps unreliable/inefficient systems are a normal part of life in Scotland and as an Englishman, I don’t get it?

openflyParticipantThis happens to me frequently, especially over the last year.
The last time I phoned the Exec Club it was the usual courteous reply that it will be fixed later. But this time, I asked to her to look at my bookings and pass the details of all 34 bookings over the next year! This actually meant details of return sectors as well….so, at least 68 sectors. She read every one out, dutifully with good humour….it took about 30 mins of BA time.
But now I have a hard, pen-written copy of all my flights on BA….how quaint and old-fashioned, but all transferred to the iPhone memory.
Have they cured this problem? Nope It’s a good job that their aircraft don’t fail with such regular monotony!!13 Apr 2016
