“With so many options, race-goers can easily curate their own itinerary over the weekend with an entirely different experience for each day. Guests can sample Portuguese cuisine one day and Kyoto fare another day, satiate their sweet tooth at the dessert bar and unwind with a whisky at the speakeasy, or cheer on their favourite driver from Twenty3’s rooftop and hit the dance floor after at the Apex Lounge – the possibilities are endless!” says Shamini Suppiah, Director of Corporate Sales, Singapore GP Pte Ltd.

Guests at Twenty3 can also look forward to arriving in style via exclusive ferry services that ply between Bayfront North Jetty and Twenty3 – the only lifestyle facility to offer this as part of the ticket – before being welcomed into a lush secret garden oasis.

Dining with the Stars

A world of gastronomical delights await guests as Twenty3 brings together five Michelin stars within a 3,000 sqm trackside facility, taking discerning diners on a culinary journey.

From the home of the legendary Imola racing circuit in northern Italy, Chef Massimiliano Mascia of two Michelin starred San Domenico will showcase a selection of contemporary Italian dishes in their Singapore culinary debut.

Founded in 1970, the restaurant’s most celebrated dishes will be served at Twenty3 such as the Marinated Amberjack with Fresh Vegetables as well as the Crispy Prawns with Spinach, Toasted Sesame and Balsamic Mousseline.

Guests can get better acquainted with the “Japanese Master of True Kyoto Cuisine” – Chef Takagi Kazuo of two Michelin-starred Takagi from Ashiya, Japan – as he highlights the refined Kyo-ryori style of cuisine at Twenty3.

Centred on time-honoured traditions, Chef Takagi’s dishes elevate simple Japanese ingredients into exquisitely plated dishes imbued with culture and seasonality. Some of his signature dishes include Grilled Wagyu with Seasonal Vegetables and Sio Koji Marinade Salmon. Diners can also head upstairs to the izakaya where they can enjoy fresh-off the-grill yakitori skewers paired with a specially curated selection of Japanese sake, whisky, beers and specialty cocktails.

Another chef making his Singapore debut at Twenty3, Chef Tiago Bonito of Portugal’s one Michelin-starred Largo do Paço, pays homage to his roots by reinterpreting classic recipes while incorporating an assortment of unique ingredients not traditionally used in Portuguese cuisine. Highlights include the Veal of Milk with Smoked Celery, Asparagus and Madeira Wine as well as the Sea Bass, Crustaceans “Xerém”, Seaweed and Champagne.

Trendy Food, Drink and Nightlife Experiences

Aside from a stellar gastronomic line-up, not to be missed is luxe-casual alfresco dining at the Bay Terrace, featuring local favourites such as Mee siam, Laksa and Satay, international fare by London’s famed Burger & Lobster as well as a specialty cocktail bar. Dessert lovers will delight in Instagrammable chimney cakes by Prague’s Good Food Coffee and Bakery – choose from coloured activated carbon black cones, raspberry powder red cones and pistachio green cones topped with your favourite ice cream flavours. Artisanal drinks by Taverns Tea such as Coffee and Tonic Mocktail, Ondeh-Ondeh Iced Latte and Iced Pandan Chiffon Tea will be hard to resist.

Be entertained by Taiko drummers, DJ sets, fire dancers, roving performers and electrifying pyrotechnics within the alfresco space throughout the race weekend.

Inspired by the Jazz era of the 1920s, Singapore GP’s first whisky and rum speakeasy exudes a blend of old-world charm and luxury. Helmed by artisanal bar La Maison du Whisky, the 40-seat watering hole will feature an exceptional selection of 23 Scotch whisky’s and specialty rums in a cosy, and intimate environment. A discreet, unmarked door conceals the entrance into the bar – a treat for those lucky enough to find it.

The electrifying party atmosphere continues post-race at the two-storey Apex Lounge – the only nightclub within the circuit – where guests can revel in top dance hits from resident DJs. Above the dancefloor, a stunning German kinetic light installation will create a kaleidoscope of mesmerising movement and colours using over 300 light spheres, alongside enthralling performances by aerial artists.

Within the Apex Lounge, guests can also indulge in one-of-a-kind sweet treats by awardwinning
