Newly launched hospitality management company Kinsfolk & Co has announced plans to open three luxury boutique hotels, two of which will be located in central London.

The group is headed up by founder and CEO Paul Brackley, who was previously managing director of The Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair and general manager of the Shangri-La at The Shard London.

Kinsfolk says that it has a pipeline of three properties, with the first set to open in London’s Fitzrovia in 2024, followed by a second hotel in Westminster in 2026.

The group also plans to open a third property in an as yet undisclosed European location. No further details have been released on the three hotels at this stage.

Kinsfolk said that in addition to the hotels, concepts for  standalone neighbourhood restaurants and luxury serviced apartments were also under development.

Commenting on the news Brackley said:

“We are incredibly fortunate to start a completely fresh company, where we can build a community with a shared vision – be that with our team, our partners or our investors.

“We believe in the power of hospitality, working together within our wider industry. As a collective force, our company will deliver sustainable returns for all our stakeholders.”
