JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar presents Thai Trails, a journey through the rich culinary culture of Thailand. Chef Neung from Phulay Bay, a Ritz Carlton Reserve hopes to take diners on a voyage to discover the land of smiles from May 15–28, 2023 at JW Café.

Chef Nueng is a highly experienced chef who specialises in the distinctive cuisine of southern Thailand. With 17 years of gastronomic experience, Chef Nueng focusses on using local and seasonal ingredients from southern Thailand, including a natural abundance of herbs, fragrant spices, fresh coconuts and succulent seafood, and preparing them with exceptional skill and attention-to-detail to create inspiring and highly authentic dishes. Phulay Bay, the world’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve property, is located in Krabi, Thailand set along the scenic shores of the Andaman Sea is renowned for its culinary expertise and warm hospitality.
