British Airways has expanded its US partnership with hospitality firm and lounge operator Sodexo Live!, with new food and drink menus being introduced at eight of the carrier’s US airport lounges.
The locations covered by the new agreement are:
- San Francisco Terminal A
- Chicago O’Hare Terminal 5
- Philadelphia Concourse A West
- Washington Dulles Concourse B
- Baltimore/Washington Terminal E
- Seattle-Tacoma S Concourse
- Newark Liberty Terminal B
- Boston Logan Terminal E
Options will include a British Afternoon Tea, as well as city-specific dishes such as a stacked New York City sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich at Newark, cheesesteaks and soft pretzels at Philadelphia, and fresh Maryland crabcakes at Washington Dulles and Baltimore/Washington.
Sodexo Live! said that it chefs “will bring a renewed focus on traditional snack items that reflect authentic British and Indian influences, presented in an approachable yet refined manner”, with dishes including a Substantial Salad.
The firm will also curate the menus for BA’s First customers, offering “a premium hospitality experience that features sophisticated dining with a cross-section of European influences and local favorites”.
The expanded partnership follows the recent opening of three British Airways and American Airlines lounge at New York JFK’s Terminal 8, for which Sodexo Live! is also responsible for the menus.
