Pan Pacific Singapore is undergoing a S$30 million refurbishment, set to complete in the second half of this year.
The hotel remains open throughout the renovation, with architecture and interior design by firm FDAT.
The redesign will include 476 refurbished rooms (out of the total 790), two new F&B spaces and a renovation of the Ocean Ballroom.
Alongside this will be a newly constructed driveway with foliage, while the lobby will include 16-metre trees and six-metre screens.
New dining destinations will include cocktail bar Plume, a maroon and green-hued space offering cocktails and mocktails inspired by the colourful birds of Singapore; and café and retail space Artisans Gourmet, designed for a casual lunch and offering products by local craftsmen at the shop space.
Jeremy Aniere, general manager of Pan Pacific Singapore, comments:
“We are excited to unveil the redesigned Pan Pacific Singapore, where business and leisure travellers alike can indulge in the best cultural enclave of the island within our hotel. We’re honoured to be able to work closely with local talents, to infuse the Panache of Singapore into the hotel’s DNA.
“With Singapore’s position as one of the most popular tourist destinations, and what many consider the epicenter of Asia-Pacific businesses, we remain steadfast in our commitment to constantly evolve to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.”
We have reviewed several of the group’s properties over the years, including the Pan Pacific London which opened in 2021 and the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay in Singapore.
Pan Pacific Hotels Group is also set to open its second hotel in Singapore, located on Orchard Road, this June:
The hotel group recently announced plans to double its serviced suites portfolio to meet the growing demand for extended-stay properties.
