This guest bar shift in collaboration with COYA Dubai also gives the talent at Koishii the opportunity to work alongside Samy from one of the world’s best bars.
Guests can enjoy the most popular and superlative concoctions curated specially for the bar shift such as Refresco De Fresa, Arrepentirse, Aqua De Leche and El Momento as they bring in special ingredients like Spicy Passion Vermouth, Campari and Supasava for an authentic experience.
Brimming with the flavours, colours and energy of Latin America, tastemakers are invited to savour classic Pisco sours, Latin America’s most famous cocktail, and indulge in flavour-filled ceviches by the expert team of chefs at Koishii. The collaboration is set to take place on 10 and 11, March 2023.
