IHG Hotels and Resorts plans to open the sixth property under its Hotel Indigo brand in London.
Signed in partnership with the Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company, the existing K West Hotel and Spa will undergo a significant refurbishment and reopen under the Hotel Indigo brand in spring 2025.
Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherd’s Bush will include 252 rooms, a restaurant and bar, meeting facilities and a spa with a hydrotherapy pool.
The property will be located in west London, close to Westfield shopping centre and BBC Television Centre in White City.
Willemijn Geels, VP development Europe at IHG Hotels and Resorts, said:
“We are delighted to have added Hotel Indigo London K West Shepherds Bush to our ever-growing UK portfolio. As one of IHG’s luxury & lifestyle brands, Hotel Indigo is continuing to grow in popularity, and this is reflected in the interest we are seeing from owners and investors.”
