The NH Collection brand has opened its first Middle East property in Dubai. The new-build NH Collection Dubai The Palm is a 532-key hotel located on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah with direct access to West Palm Beach.

It includes 226 hotel guest rooms and suites in addition to 306 studios and apartments across 11 room categories. Those room categories include the Premium Sea View room, the One Bedroom Sea View suite, and the Superior One Bedroom Sea View apartment with exclusive access to the NH Collection Premium Lounge.

NH Collection Dubai The Palm has five dining venues. Maiorais an all-day dining restaurant that serves cuisine types from around the world. Casual dining spots include Revo Café, Té Lounge and the Seven Sports Bar. Soon, Seen Restaurant and Bar, a multi-sensory rooftop venue will also open in the property. Seen’s international outposts can be found in Europe, South America and Asia.

As for the amenities at the hotel, it includes a temperature-controlled rooftop infinity pool and a fully equipped gym. The hotel will also soon launch its own beach club adjacent to the hotel on West Palm Beach. As for its meetings and events facilities, the hotel offers five spaces that can cater for up to 45 people.

With sustainability measures in mind, NH Collection Dubai The Palm has its own water plant and solar panels that are used to generate hot water and condensed water from the air conditioning system which is then used for irrigation. Room amenities are vegan and sustainable in order to attempt to reduce and recycle waste. Later in the year, the hotel will open an onsite apiary, a hydroponic farm and a community market.

NH Collection Dubai The Palm joins an existing portfolio of over 90 NH Collection properties worldwide. Two further properties under this brand are expected to open in the region later this year.

The property is owned by luxury real estate and hospitality developers Seven Tides.
