Kuwait Airways has unveiled a raft of new products and services, including new premium economy and business class seats for the carrier’s A330 neo aircraft.
The airline has a total of seven A330-900 aircraft on order, having already taken delivery of four A330-800s.
Details on the new seats are thin on the ground, but Kuwait Airways posted several images on its social media pages as a part of ‘The Reveal’.
The carrier will be only the second Middle Eastern airline after Emirates to launch a premium economy seat.
At the same time the carrier announced a new home check-in service for premium class passengers, as well as a limousine service for Royal and business class customers, and a new Elite lounge at Kuwait International airport.
Finally Kuwait Airways has unveiled new staff uniforms which will be introduced from this May. Posting images of the uniforms on LinkedIn the carrier said:
“Designed by the renowned Italian designer Mr. Ettore Billota with its theme around the diamond representing the preciousness of our people with its link to our desert roots on the ground, the uniform showcases our commitment to fine tuning every touch point that enhances the customer experience.”
