Plaza Premium Group has opened its second US airport lounge, located with Orlando International’s Terminal C.

The 10,000 square foot (930sqm) facility is described as “the group’s most significant investment in the US”, and joins Plaza Premium’s existing lounge at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, which opened in 2020.

Design has been inspired by the “sky, gardens and water”, and features include seating for 223 guests, as well as “semi-private workspaces”, a dedicated quiet zone, showers and a family-friendly zone with an interactive gaming area for children.

F&B options include mac and cheese, an “Orlando hot dog”, pastries, desserts and cookies, and cocktails including three created exclusively for Plaza Premium guests.

Orlando airport’s $2.8 billion Terminal C was unveiled in September 2022, and offers a total of 15 gates accommodating up to 20 aircraft, increasing the airport’s capacity by between ten and 12 million passengers annually.
