Radisson Hotel Group is proud to announce the debut of Park Inn and Suites by Radisson in India in Guruvayur, Kerala. The signing comes within a month of the brand’s launch in the country and further strengthens the Group’s leading position in South Asia where it has over 100 hotels in operation in more than 60 locations. This is the first signing as a part of Radisson Hotel Group’s strategic partnership with Ruptub Solutions Private Limited (RSPL) to develop a 150-hotel-strong network of Park Inn and Suites by Radisson in South and East India.

Park Inn and Suites by Radisson is developed specifically for the Indian market and is customised to fuel Radisson Hotel Group’s next phase of growth in tier two to five markets with a clear focus on value maximisation for its stakeholders. The brand’s essence is based on ‘Inviting Modern Comfort’ ensuring that guests feel welcome, valued, and looked after.

The 91-room hotel is expected to open in the second quarter of 2024, and is currently in its advanced stage of construction. It is strategically located near the famous Guruvayur Temple, which is a well-known pilgrim destination in India. The city is a short, scenic drive from Kerala’s main hubs, including Kochi and Thrissur, and receives approximately 50,000 visitors every day.

The hotel’s comfortable and spacious rooms will deliver guests a warm and heartfelt hospitality experience in a modern yet familiar home-like setting. When open, the hotel will be equipped with a swimming pool, social spaces, a welcome corner, a fitness centre, services like free WiFi, and signature breakfast options for delivering a holistic experience to guests.
